1. How do we protect your personal information
1.1 We are serious about guarding the security of your personal information and use a secure server to store your personal information. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using Transport Layer Security technology (T.L.S. 1.2). Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share this password with anyone else and not to use this password for other services or products.
1.2 As you will know, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. 2. Information we may collect from you

2.1 Information you give us.
(a) You may give us information about you by filling in forms when registering or using our Services or via correspondence e.g. email. 8.1 Subject to applicable laws, you may have the right to access information we held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the relevant data protection legislation. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £25.00 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
9. Removal of your details
9.1 According to the United Kingdom legislation, financial institutions are required to maintain customer’s records for the minimum period of 5 years. In case you wish to delete your details with us, please send your request in writing via email to email@example.com 5 years after your last remittance or 5 years after you completed your registration in case your account was open but hasn’t been fully activated.
